In april in Sanya, swimming conditions are perfect! With water reaching a maximum of 85°F and an average of 80°F, going in the water (and staying there!) feels great.

As for Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong, Hainan island (Haikou), Kowloon, Tai Po, Beihai, Hailing island, Hainan, Hebao Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Macao, Victoria Peak , Repulse Bay beach, Shek O Beach, Shenzhen, Wanshan islands and Shantou, swimming is pleasant in april. The sea water is 74°F on average (min: 68°F/max: 79°F) so you can easily spend time in the water.
